Yole is a large french-based market research company.
This 51 page report sample PPT has some gems of value embeded in it.
There is a 2-page overview report with QD Display timelines, adoption rates and other tables. They leave the numbers out unless you want to pay for the report, of course, but the trends are clear. For example, it says that QD films now can replace phosphors in LCDs without changing manufacturing equipment changes, then In the midterm future, QDs could substitute for LCD color filters (with additional equipment changes), then longterm, Electroluminescent QDs (ELQD) could deliver OLED-like characteristics and performance, with improved brightness and stability. MicroLeds are forecast after that.
QMC is mentioned as a second tier player and credible outsider, which is a fair comment. And this is the first market research report that does not list QD Vision!
