My paradigm shift

1 – The energy drink is a very competitive market. Does anyone really think we will overtake Red Bull, Monster, Rock Star, and the multitude of others? I was driving home to Charlotte from Atlanta Sunday and stopped at a QT for gas. Was feeling a bit drowsy and decided to check out the energy drink section. Wow. So many choices. Settled on a Mountain Dew kick start. It was pretty good, but the sheer number of options amazed me. So dumping the energy component and focusing on the hemp infusion and the health benefits of our new drinks seems like a great idea. Let’s focus on a niche with little to no competition.
2 – Our leadership team is experienced and engaged. Imagine how we’d feel if KGKG announced that Kevin and Gerry were new additions to their BOD. This is a huge win for RMHB.
3 – Water. LOL. Why would our water beat out the competition? Again, looking at the water selections at the QT – there were so many choices. And China? Seriously? Why would we have the product and the distribution to beat out Coca Cola and Pepsico. If that was a slam dunk one of the big boys would already be there. Now we are focused on our niche instead of trying to do too much.
4 – In regards to Friar Tuck, that was a nice idea but was probably never really going to happen. Now it’s out in the open. Now we can stay focused on our niche – healthy hemp infused drinks.
5 – I can’t wait to see what the BOD and the focus groups have come up with regarding the new flavors. I love all of our current flavors except the Coconut-Lime. I have a case of that I’ll sell to anyone who wants it. I think it’s great that we are actually asking consumers what they want. Hopefully they want the Mango!
So driving down the highway after my QT stop it became clear. We have a GREAT leadership team who is focused on our healthy niche and cutting away all of the distractions. My opinion of the conference call totally changed, and I am excited to see where we will be in a year or two. I won’t be adding because I already have a sizeable investment in RMHB, but I am certainly not selling, and I am optimistic about where we are heading.
Let’s go RMHB!
