Texas and Harvey troubles.
Water deep enough on some highways to have a wave action.
Water is outgoing from inland so has alligators and snakes and
sewage and chemicals in it.
In one nursing home on TV news there were old
disabled & sickly women sitting in that toxic water
up to their hips while just sitting slumped over in
their chairs waiting.
People sleeping bunched together on kitchen counter tops.
300,000 still without power.
Hospital and jails etc evacuated.
But only one or two dead so far.
Civilians with boats rescuing more
than the National Guard and police etc.
All races of people helping each other like
brothers and sisters. Gives me great big chills.
