Both of these men are very wealthy and take on projects of there own choosing and this only IF they are interested.
Yes, we are used the Jerry Grisaffi style of management and transparency but a new (very successful) sheriff is in town and we will all have to adapt.
In the end we will all be winners with these guys at the helm
