The SEC should be looking at the board, especially for slander to influence a stock or commodity. That is illegal.
However your interpretation of the 1st amendment is wrong. It doesn't work the way you wantnit to.
You do gave the right to speak out about what is going on. You do not have the right to use someone elses resources or organization to do so.
If Ihub wants to block what you say they have that right... on ihub only. If they charged you, then its possible they committed fraud based on the contract.
You do have the right to start your own investment chat site, and say whatever you wish, or control what others can or can not say in your page. Many would argye doing so is bad for business, but it is your right.
Hope this clears things up. Too mane Americans do not understand their rights and how they work. There would be a lot less problems if more did.
