It has been obvious for a couple of weeks that there are 2 almost equal strength groups trading OTTV + savvy individual day traders. The shorts try to move it down to fill on a large bid but if they get outbid above their large bid repeatedly they stop because they know that the opposing group is going to hit the ask to move it up.
That is why it is such a great stock at present for day traders. If the shorts win on any particular day - which they don't do very often - just buy more below and hold the higher price shares.
Then, when there is a news day - and we already know that more is coming at an increasing rate - the day traders don't try to sell - and the shorts don't try to short it - and you get a surge like we had a few days ago from (from .0026 > .0033 that time).
