Yes Sir! Definitely! I got somewhat excited as I read thru page after page of references to "Petitioner fails" remarks! My gut feeling tells me we're truly getting closer to denial of the IPR, and settlements! It definitely tells me the legal teams of the infringers are struggling to present any solid defense for their violation of SFOR's patents! Blank Rome and Ropes & Gray must have had a few celebratory cocktails after these results were published! LOL!
We definitely have solid legal representation that believes in SFOR and their patented technology! Enough so to represent us on contingency! IMO!
I can't understand how some people fail to see how solid our chances are for settlements in these 7 cases, and more to come! All they need to do is consider the caliber of our legal representation, and its just a matter of being patient, and then enjoying very substantial rewards!
