Very important to note the exact wording of an IR update I received a few days ago.
IR QUOTE
"The company intends on paying off the settlement in the near future. Our portion of the funding is a small part of a larger transaction that involves several different companies and once the entire fund is complete we will receive our portion of the funds".
For those who were questioning why there has been a delay of the 21M hitting the NTEK bank account the key phrase from IR is:
" ONCE THE ENTIRE FUND IS COMPLETE WE WILL RECEIVE OUR PORTION OF THE FUNDS "
So the 21M is received ONLY when the entire 500M deal closes. That in a nutshell is why NTEK is still waiting for the 21M to be wired in. It has nothing to do with NTEK but only the other players involved in the 500M transaction of which NTEK is part of. So everyone please stop hyperventilating, we are still on the path to greatness AND SH riches.
