We know that UltraFlix has worked with Apple. It is already available on the iPhone
Apple has been desperately trying to get a foothold in the TV entertainment sector and a streaming app that is faster than what is currently available could give them a big step in that direction.
If Apple uses UltraFlix or it's technology to deliver the 4K HDR content that it keeps mentioning then that will be the catalyst that NTEK needs for "everybody to know our name". NTEK won't need a massive ad campaign, it will all come from the publicity associated with any kind of a Apple partnership.
If NTEK is working with Apple then it would explain the absence of information from the company. Apple is going to make sure they drive this bus and would definitely require a non-disclosure and an assurance that information is tightly controlled.
If you were working on an agreement with a company like Apple and you had a small legal issue that some extra funding would take care of and also some content issues that needed cash, it would not be hard to get funding with that kind of prospectus.
