again the key is to note the *change* after the months of NRs' *stall* re: reported data
interesting to note NR *unable* to take lower .. rather *reported* data by NR
increased on IPIX .. granted a very slight increase .. but remember last date for this round closed on 8.11.17
reminder next closing date (settlement) for next round *reported* is next Tuesday ( 8.29.2017 )

Make no mistake .. if NR can ..they will reset the 52 week low for various reasons
two of which include the demoralization of actual investors and to flood SMBs with FUD
as if the only aspect of any company is their stock price .. every retail investor
who has taken the time to learn NRs' tactics .. knows the easiest way to *control*
aspects is to control the PPS .. *targeted* mgmts' on the OTC .. learn this and
in response counter (and they are not always able to) by building a foundation
of granite .. it's crystal clear to anyone who listened to Innovation Pharma's last
CC that that is exactly what is being done ..
2 weeks from today .. or less .. i would expect to see *volume* undertaken .. on $IPIX
NRs' *valve* needs to be reset
