many many many reasons. true, there are stocks right now @ .20+ and they are much worse off than ICNB, but the many variables involved simply arent letting the price go up.
bashers are having a field day, the Q wasnt great, investors are expecting too much, the company hypes things too much (i dont care about a plane banner flying over a beach), etc etc
its very difficult to determine which way this will go now. im sure with the right news/pump, it will go back up but when this will happen is anyone's guess
