By the way remember how Prurisol appeared to work so much better in the "moderate" Psoriasis population.
The following could be an exciting explanation:
"A striking observation is the increased percentage of both CD4+ cells and CD8+ cells in patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis as compared to mild psoriasis and normal subjects, without a change in CD4/CD8 ratio. So far, reports on the CD4+/CD8+ ratio in psoriasis have been at variance [10, 11].

Well, since one apparent effect of Prurisol is a reduction of CD 4, then this could bode very well for the current trial. We've all been focusing on the increased dosage but, perhaps the target population could have been the problem as well. Good stuff, imho.
I would love to see IPIX with $50 million in the bank to push Brilacidin forward in ABSSI, B-OM and B-UP.
This company will skyrocket if they can solve the cash situation without having to give up any of Brilacidin's potential.
