-hiring a VP of sales and one for a marketing position...EXCELLENT
-have 1 major player for financing.......I BELIEVE THEY HAVE MANY FINANCING CONNECTIONS
-did 2 focus groups......TRUE, WITH SCIENTIST
-may be easier to get rebranded product on shelves due to MGMT contacts, past success and leadership..........VERY TRUE

-water on hold....................NO, UNDER REVIEW, STILL BEING PRODUCED
-friar tuck on hold........NO, FRIAR TUCK IN NO MORE
-international on hold.........TRUE, LASER FOCUSED MARKETING IN OUR BACKYARD
