To me, it looks like the winner here is Jeffery Low. According to the last document on settlement, he gets to keep 1.6MM shares and hold 500,000 as payment security on Ziv's loan? Not a bad purchase for $1!! Who is Jeffrey Low to Ziv anyway? Why didnt Ziv pay off the loan and cash the shares? The worth when he was canned had to be close to a million bucks and the loan couldnt have had a payback over $150G's. What was he thinking? Imagine how much better off we are without this idiot running things. And his buddies Glazer and the other guy are worse- they are running with the loot!!
