Gerry David – Joined because beverage is faster growing industry and RMHB is leader in hemp drinks. There is a plan for the turnaround. Will start with a strong corporate team. Will add VP sales with beverage background and director of marketing for branding. Conducted focus groups and developed a new branding strategy. Developed channel and marketing strategy to support it. Everything will be new. Not pursuing CBD at this time due to FAA regulations. Not in best interest to include CBD because of this. Will not use Friar Tuck property. Water is under review. Will not be doing any international business due to lack of resources. Goal is to build business in US.
Michael Welch – 18,000 investors. Still using online and current broker distribution but in transition to new business model. Focus deep dive into specific markets with good plan and investments. 4 beverages, 2 carbonates and 2 non-carbonated. Dropping energy and using Hemp as a lead. Returning to 12 ounce cans. New formula with great taste, great flavor. Outsource as many of processes as possible. Corporate staff will be kept lean. Need funding and narrowed down to one partner with a significant partner and if successful, will file form 8.
RMHB goal to list on Nasdaq. Goal is shareholder value. Fred Dryer is not contracted with RMHB. Functional beverage space fasting growing. Goal is to be leader in Hemp space.
