I have no doubt you're correct. Thank you for pointing out the letter from Jeff as I must have overlooked it until now.
So, according to Jeff's letter to Judge Tuter, Nanotech has made and continues to make efforts to pay their debt obligation. Unfortunately it appears LongSide continues to hamper their efforts. Why would they do this? Seems crazy for a creditor to delay attempts for a debtor to make payment...or does it?
If Longside has engaged in naked shorting of NTEK stock then it's in their best interest to bury the company and force it into bankruptcy. A large open short position taken by Longside would be devastating to them if NTEK times payment with the announcement and finalization of a 21 - 25 million dollar funding deal or better yet a content partnership agreement with a company like Apple. It literally would take days if not weeks to cover what many of us believe is in fact a tremendous NAKED short position.
So there are scumbags who are saying NTEK is broke, NTEK hasn't any money, this and that. When was the last time NTEK diluted? How are they paying their bills, employees, leases if they have zero money? Take a look at last quarters financial report even without Paramount. The fact is, they are making money and I believe are about to release the Kraken upon the scumbag bashers who have for years aggressively bad mouthed NTEK to the likes I've never seen before.
I know for a fact NTEK would love to shut these paid scumbags down once and for all. They made an attempt several years ago by paying out a dividend. It was a good idea but obviously didn't work. I don't think the company knew quite what they were dealing with back then but at least they understood nefarious entities were at work against them. Things have changed now and I believe the company is better prepared to deliver a financial death blow to the scourge who have criminally done harm to us.
So as we start to peel back the layers of the onion I think we're what we have here is a well timed, coordinated series of events that will once and for all clean NTEK's slate of it's toxic debt and paid slime and at the same time propel the company to new highs.
Any day now!
One final thing, interesting to see UltraFlix back on Swig! huh....go figure!
