I would hope we would get a PR soon detailing what

I would hope we would get a PR soon detailing what this buyout or merger means to the common shareholder. I skimmed through the agreement but didn't see anything that gives us that information. I did read that the Gregg and the other employee will get preferred shares.

Has anyone contacted Gregg? I have considered it but have not as yet.
