They will probably be more open about things when the money cushion has been finalized as well as the current courtroom gymnastics.
Until then the company is on the defensive. Parties have been trying to sink this company for years.
IMO I think the whole Longside case might be example of that.
You would think Longside would take a look at the situation and figure that it might be more to their benefit wait until things get finalized with NTEK.
Their current actions seem to indicate they are more focused on causing the company harm.
Makes me wonder who is backing them and why.....sheer speculation on my part....
