That's how they started with hate radio: they finally realized that they were not going to be as rich, as successful (by what definition?) as they were hoping to be, so they were looking for someone to blame.

"uppity" women and blacks for instance, rising, in some cases above them, really pissed them off and provided two groups to heap their blame on. In the end, I guess the only group they don't feel is responsible for their misery is themselves.
