Has anyone actually read the latest legal documents concerning the Longside Ventures vs. Nanotech Entertainment case? According to Jeff Foley's response to the judge, David Foley, Royal Capital Group (who is David Foley), and Lisa Foley are unaffiliated investors. Interesting.
Also, the bank accounts of Wells Fargo and Bank of America appear to be void and empty. So where exactly does NTEK keep accounting services? Where is the supposed $21 million dollars held for proof of investment?
