Chart nonsense is irrelevant in the OTC - particularly so when there are other forces at work. Shorters duping people into selling, market makers making fractional amounts on upticks after forcing the price down with stacked asks, long-term investors buying ever increasing amounts, and day / 2>5-day swing traders.
Money to be made on $OTTV at all price levels both intra day and on surges every few weeks by those observant and skilfull enough.
