This does not mean that they won't make another attempt at driving the stock price way down, to scare out any nervous nellies. That was clearly what was attempted today in late afternoon, and when they sent the stock down, someone stepped in and bought.
If I were involved in one of the traders' gangs that was still short, or hadn't gone long, that buying after the plunge would make me wonder if the other people in the gang were front-running me. Or even worse, from their standpoint, if someone was quietly accumulating a position.
If they succeed in taking the stock down, I will be there with the fishing net I borrowed from scgmck1, waiting to catch those falling shares.
By this time there really can't be that many shares that are actually trading. Most of us recognize that we're on the cusp of a move up, which could be huge if there is some kind of good news.
