I've seen it before and all I can say is that the ticker is very illiquid and has a tiny SS, most of the shares are tightly held by insiders (appears the insiders own 95% of the O/S). CRCW has not traded a single share in the last 3 months. VERY TIGHTLY HELD, NO SELLERS.
