Probably what happened when they settled the lawsuit the first time, they probably negotiated the Debt owed balance lower and agreed to a payment arrangement.
Look at the time frame when new management came in is when the the payments stopped..... knowing that Ivan was working on getting funding.
Ivan probably never communicated with Longside and left them hanging.
Thats why now they are probably looking for the full amount do.
