There are multiple forces at work trading all the time - sometimes on low volume - sometimes on high volume.
Longs who keep their cheapest shares for a big run past .0020 and trade other higher price blocks picked up when the impatient or those duped by bashers sell (myself + at least 2 others I can recognise).
Minor pump groups on iHub - from Q1, July 3-10 mini-run, and pre-Q2 who - when they get it wrong - sell for a loss to chase something else short term.
New converts taking advantage of the opportunity to add at .0006 + .0007.
Repeat bashers who stack the ask with shares that - if bought they still make a profit on - hoping to get cheaper shares to replace them from people duped into selling rather than waiting for the next run.
Large amounts are not being flipped for 1-tick.
Before the .0006 bid was sold into, there was 25M on the ask at .0007.
After 42M has been picked up at .0006 - mostly on the ask - there was only 26M on the ask at .0007. So, self-evidently, almost none of the .0006s bought today are being flipped.
Those that trade $DIGX long-term, who are not afraid to add shares at every price level on both the bid and the ask, can use that inventory to keep trading whatever the price level.

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..
All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
