ONCI chart now forming Cup-N-Handle pattern last
8 months. We're in the CUP portion now a move
above .004 will finish the pattern and put us into
BREAKOUT mode with staggering upside potential
price tgts.
I expect the BREAKOUT will happen no later
than sometime in SEPTEMBER.
