(Eclipse reminder) DO NOT LOOK AT THE SUN EVEN WITH SUN GLASSES ON. Eclipse or not, you need special lenses that block > 99.99% of the sun's light in all wavelengths in order to look directly at the sun, even during an eclipse. The only exception to this is if your are in the path of 'totality' AND during that brief 2.5 minute window during totality, when the sun is 100% blocked by the moon.
