I don't mean to be too critical of that comment, but a terrorist is someone who willfully commits violence, intimidation and usually at the loss of life, for political gains. As far as I remember, the individual who ran over and killed that women was an alt-right Nazi and a supporter of the President. Not sure how you're connecting those fighting that terror and balancing it on the same scale? It just doesn't equal up.
