IMO once the company decided to reveal to SH's via IR some of the details of the 21M fund AND now this total 25M commitment (additional 4M) they most definitely SHOULD HAVE ALSO issued all in an official SH update.
You can't say those details cannot be put out there as an official public statement AND then at the same time slowly leak details of the funding deal to shareholders who happen to ask the right questions.
As greatful as I am to get some answers, I would be much happier if the company was more professional in its manner of releasing info and made a public statement for all to see. This would also increase the PPS significantly.
David, Jeff, and IR are you listening????? Release as much information as you are allowed to the public for all shareholders per NDA guidelines rather than taking this slow drip approach of leaked tidbits of info. That is how professional real companies do things. Let shareholders know where we stand BASED ON THE FACTS PER AN OFFICIAL NEWS RELEASE.
