My understanding is the money was contingent upon certain things to be completed such as with Illuminate Hollywood, six studios, MOU's with two others and agreement on a board of director appointee from funder. Once everything is in order then announcement can be expected. It looks like most everything in place so probably end of month or after Labor day news will be furnished followed by other PR's for SHM and other important news. I continue to believe September is when we can expect to hear what we been waiting for to be released.
