Lol, the date is July 27, 2017. It's on the very top of the report. Too funny.
That is Seafarers attempt at a Final Report on Area 2. The BAR's comments on the incomplete report are on the right in pink. Now they may have submitted it sooner because this letter from Tim Parsons denying processing renewal is dated July 21, 2017.

You understand this is 2017, don't you? The Final Report is suppose to compile the past 3 years so that's why you see references back to 2014 until THE PRESENT.
Kyle needs some serious help with the red tape. Of course I read on da Hub someone suggest Kyle Is doing just what he needs to do as far as the reports are concern. Which is odd since it led to the expiration of the permit.
Now one day you will realize that all these posters claiming to have inside knowledge are likely lenders or others looking to dump.
If there were any nuggets, including being " on the wreck" as Kyle claimed, it would be in the report. Why don't you and/or the other sheeple explain why it isn't there?
But go slow reading it again. The date is at the top, and though much of the report is hard to read (did Huffman write it?) and not professional as the BAR said, it declares they found wood, pins, mordern metal, a buckle, etc, but no mention of a wreck. Also, the BAR's comments are in pink on the right.
