Yes, I've heard that from many others, but my request had no urgency, thus felt no need for a quick reply, but they insisted that the goal is 24 hours to get back to shareholders.
BTW, my call back the next day was made from the Stewart office.
Is there a PR archive on the website...guess I should go look again, if there is not, there should be.
Anyway, I have reached out to various people here and there since Nov 1, and each of them made contact the same day or next business day to answer best they could, within the rules.
Heck, the CEO has even called me back on a weekend!
