I am setting a target price value of the HBRM for the CHRI to buy it.
Today the MKCAP of HBRM was 300k to start the day.
Now with this in Mind and with the projected revs for 2012 of CHRI at 70 million according to the news release we need to figure the value of the HBRM management team for the US entry.
HBRM I feel is the missing key to the US opening of CHRI they needed for years now that we have been following the CHRI.
CHRI is projecting the revs to double this next year adding the US market and HBRM is set to help that grow.
With this increase in the US I see 30 million as the revs ahead or more for the US.
Now I am confident the HBRM also sees this same number and with 300 million shares on the market knows there value on the buyout to be around one tenth the 30 million market in the US.
With this thought in mind and dividing that down to a HBRM possible value of the deal at 3 million MKCAP I see the very real possibly of 1.5 million to 3 million MKCAP this week ahead of news for HBRM.
Simply stated that leaves a pps possibility of .007 to .015 on the price based on the momentum.
For those looking at long range when the buyout is done and the next year I see the next two quarters raising the awareness of CHRI solidly over the dime.
Short term both are a buy with the HBRM possible for 200 to 300% more this week and CHRI the next three months the same increase in price.
