Our enemy, those selling counterfeit shares of PTO

Our enemy, those selling counterfeit shares of PTOI, has lots of smart folks on the payroll. They are expert at working the angles and utilizing loopholes. A name and cusip number change may have worked years ago but has not worked for some time in terms of having an impact on the markers sitting in our accounts. Our brokerage firms ignore their fiduciary duty to insure that we receive good delivery when we purchase shares. As someone much smarter than I stated "they all collude". Hope that helps. Go PTOI!!!
