You don't see PTOI on that list because there because there are less than the threshold of 10,000 naked short shares of PTOI....so some number less than $125.00 worth. My thought is that any type of short position isn't 'abusive' if the total value is less than that of an average household's monthly cell phone bill.
I would love to hear specific logic on why many investors here think the FINRA reg SHO data is faked so that PTOI doesn't make the list...so that this supposed massive abusive naked short position can avoid detection.
My opinion is that PTOI shares dropped over 99% over the past few years because most investors figured out that PTOI's supposed revolutionary technology is actually worthless. It seems to me that many of the remaining investors only blame naked short sellers to avoid blaming PTOI for its lack of any results for nearly a decade.
