Broward County site tells it all. The short story is NTEK had to the 14th I believe to give Longside all requested documents or Jeff Foley was getting a warrant to appear in court. All of the BOD would be banned from trading the stock until they complied. No further appeals would be heard due to NTEK non compliance with the order.
