I asked IR to clarify why NTGL was showing on their books and this was their response:
"NTEK sold assets to NTGL in return for an equity stake in NTGL. That equity
stake is a real asset that is on the NTEK books, however NTEK does not have
possession of the shares as NTGL has not completed the necessary steps to
deliver those shares."
I followed up a few minutes ago asking "Has ntek received its shares of NTGL?" but have not yet received a response back. Will update when I do.
