Hi All - Had a 45-min phone visit with CEO
No Inside info here, we were both obviously careful.
For me , this is my second talk with Mark I previously talked about investing /Buying 450k worth of shares directly with the company.
2 days ago , I wanted to kick the tires and peek under the hood of SFOR as it were. I am not a flipper with pocket change in SFOR I invested over a mil in SFOR, so yes I will check up on my investments and talk to those execs from time to to time whenever i need to to make sure we are on course.
I am not special, Mark has done that for many investors who have stopped by the office for a visit , he returns emails to investors, takes calls. He returned my call. Now I am old school and to me that speaks volumes about Mark Kay ,and theh type of company SFOR is. Its legit. Kay cares about his investors! Doesn't hide. He is a good honest up front man.
I hate it on ihub with that group of vermin posters who bash and lie about Kay and SFOR , what I vile group. I want to shower after reading their scummy lies. Knowingly lying to deceive people out of their money by scaring them, so you can benefit financially is as sleazy as they come in my book. Thats in the same low moral league as the Nigerian emails, taking advantage from the elderly , stealing candy from kids. Raping someone inexperienced of the their hard earned finances. etc.(Thats me)
this post is not an effort to pump. Its factual. I am not exaggerating trying to keep investors on a sinking ship so I can get off. Cyber C, Hates liars can vouch for me.
(Back to Kay) Our conversation left me reassured , dispelling any concerns or doubts about SFORs future as an investment and I remain confident in the expectation that SFORs PPS is ready to go boom on the good news that will be coming. !
Kay basically said: We are on track to have a great EOY coming and the status of our law suits is very promising.
SFOR is Ropes and grays only full contingency client -boom That should tell you all you everything you need to know about where SFOR is going.
As has been posted by ZPaul all 7 suits are in various stages of negotiations to settle . (My comment:Infringes trying to make it inexpensive) Kay confirmed that. (My comment: They are going back and forth so that in the future as infingers resign themselves to their fate, the settlements can move quickly very saving infringers money in the way of treble damages and legal fees.
Delay in finishing deals and getting paid is more logistics, its getting everyone all the key players together from a mega huge company on same schedule.during vacations times. ( my comment:Hey they got families lol )
EOY windfall coming when paid by new clients. Settlements can happen anytime.New clients etc
Reading between the lines on my part: HSN may have more potential than initially thought. (speculation on my part)
Non Disclosure is in contract with channel partners. We will know deals paid either through PR or readings earning reports.
Whatever was not collected in the 2nd qtr will be added to the 3rd qtr (no elaboration) made me think more money might have been expected in 2nd qtr, (speculation on my part) may account for lower numbers.
When PPS goes up, up , up on the earnings reports we will soon enjoy as well as settlements ...SFOR is open to buyout (more good news for investors as there usually is an additional bump in PPS for investors on record at time of sale)
Working on big intl customer , among others (will be other big clients IMO) Kay carefully didn't name any company's by name that will be coming on board soon
He was very gracious, I got impression he was very upbeat, optimistic, confident in a prosperous future for SFOR and shareholders.
I praised him from where he has guided SFOR from the msft settlement till now. Just an amazing bit of management.

The foregoing information has been basically said in posts and in legal dockets, however it was a reaffirmation to me as a significant investor that we are on track.
