Exactly - all the previous runs were started by those who spotted the filing first grabbing all the shares at the next 2>3 ticks in seconds which then prompted those with scanners to look for it.
The same would happen a day later when the PR came out by various means - not necessarily consistently with all news services and not necessarily alerted via broker platforms or announced on the old Twitter account which fell into disuse mid-2016.
It is much better that they are now having everything in one place on the new account with all relevant back news and already answering the question on Q2 timing in a prompt manner.
