If you haven't been able to sell a broken down rus

If you haven't been able to sell a broken down rusted out machine in the last 4 years, Common Sense would dictate you need to change something up. Maybe use that money what it is intended for, fix the machine, run it, prove it work's, then try and sell it.

That's just me though but who am I to say. Our part time, careless CEO must know something more than I do!
