I think some parts in the filing were not explained more openly for a reason. This company is still in negotiations w a buyer, don't forget!

That idiot Aldyr needs to learn a bit more accounting before he writes about the reconcilitiation of CF statement and P&L. CF statement starts w NI which has the full interest expense, cash flow statement makes an adjustment if some or all of it were not paid in cash. He claims that he is a CPA...

Now that they can't find anything, go through the names and try to throw mud. Google anyone's name and see what comes out these days...

Finally, they even agreed on a name and trademarked it with the largest drug chain, the change in the rebate pressure of J&J after May is very important as well. So many good things and next few quarters (if they don't get bought out until then) will be very very very fun for the real investors.
