JAN said 2nd round 50 lots already has INCREDIBLE response
and we're barely a week into this 2nd round.
If we find out JAN can fill these 50 lot reservations
in just a few more weeks then next offering will likely
go to 100 lots and then WOW you can just see the
momentum building faster and faster !!
Add in the coming MASTER PLAN to be unveiled sometime
this fall + the 1st AG harvest completing with a WINTER HARVEST
coming right on the heels of that and I think we'll be
above .03 heading fast to .05 by end of year with
.10+ coming in 2018.
