Hey folks with permission from one of our valuable fellow shareholders I am going to past his response to my comments. Hope this help any question may have where we heading.

We are so so close now .... closer now then ever for NTEK to release not just news but in my opinion several stellar news back to back. I know I've said to you before about having a little more patience.
We are just about there and not only just being there on the home stretch but closer to the finish line.
Yes it took more time than we expected, but when we all first invested in NTEK, we invested in a Company that had vision and knew 4K was coming and designed the first only 4K streaming NuVola NP-1 Box. No mention of UltraFlix at the time.
Look at where we are today with much much more has been added to what I see it as ..... NANOTECH / ULTRAFLIX EMPIRE !!!
We now know that the funding is in place. We know that there are 6 major studios now involved with much A rated content being upload into the new 3.0 version.
We do know talk about Live Streaming but not much has been said.
We know there's talk about a major marketing campaign to be launched beginning in September.
This is where I feel that part of the major marketing campaign is not only to introduce awareness of NTEK / UltraFlix to the consumer globally, but very important especially with the Institutional Investor to market NTEK to Wall Street.
I feel they will time every once they are ready
They need to run this and get out of the OTC and get Institutional support like from the Nasdaq.....
This is how we the shareholders will really benefit !!!!!
