there is no *ruse* .. but there is a pattern specific to OTC *companies/stocks*
and taking a table top model to flagship .. getting that independently validated
and then permitted via NYSDEC .. is no small feat
hard to understand lack of comprehension that *cant* acknowledge a relentlessly
compressed PPS not impacting mgmt's ability to execute at various points in time
now to be clear .. i doubt founder would *recreate* certain aspects and i also suspect current CEO would *re-do* some decisions .. made previously
the irony that is P2O re: its survival is actually co/quad equally dependent on 4 aspects since mid August 2013 ..

i always find it interesting to see when *angst* ramps or reels get cast
P2O has numerous options .. it will be beyond interesting to see what current mgmt undertakes next
