Yes. Mr. Heddle doesn't seem to be paying PTOI's bills. The mortgage was also in default. There was previously a lien for maintenance work as well.
The bills go with the company so Mr. Heddle won't have to worry about them. Ultimately the cash will be drained and anyone owed money will have to try to figure out how to extract money from an empty shell.
