Hawk, the graphene-QD camera article references another article I quote -

So it does use colloidal QD, and the graphene is a conductor to transport the electrons generated to an image sensor. Thats how I read it. There is already a similar commercial version by Invisage , Ted Sargent's company, so its not new. They have not released a PR in over 11 months. I cannot say for sure if they have an IR camera like the above article, but it is a 'quantumfilm' using QD.
