I drove by the blending plant again today and stop

I drove by the blending plant again today and stopped in for a good look. The tanks and pipes are severely rusted. Do you think Rick should tear the blending site down this week and get as much money as he can for scrap steel, or do you think he should wait till it is completely rusted out and not get a dime for the scrap?
