I completely agree with your comments. I would give my left arm - I am right handed - to get a pro forma. That is the key to everything I would look to evaluate the valuation.
I get the sense you are troubled by the new model. But I would give you this....time is relative. The the time we hit say March, we may look back and see that the charter is the best way to have gotten here. Any profit or even revenue to show positive cash flow is imperative.
Remember Serius XM in march of 09. That story and comeback was all about cash flow.... to me that is a HUGE piece we have not discussed. And without proforma we really cannot.
So the model that you present seems to be dedicated to charter, but what if the go and get a couple of leases and also incorp a schedule model? What if they establish the NY to Carib model (in the winter no less).
Lots a variables but lots of possibilities. Someone get me a proforma please. Just send it to my house! Lol
