No idea - I really don't think anyone who still had .0002s from 3Q 2016 that they weren't keeping long term would be selling now when they had several weeks to get .0033 > .0015 in 2016 and several runs to .0009/10 this year.
Also, anyone with formerly restricted shares can't sell them quickly through the normal retail brokers.
