I really hope it doesn't end up being an R/S. I realize our situation is unique and it may be necessary, but we don't need to uplist, we just need back on the pinks for now. If you want to see how an R/S has gone for a few companies recently check out: MSLPD, VRALD, VLXND. VRAL and VLNX seem to be dilution machines. MSLP, on the other hand, is more comparable to us as they are actually generating ~20mm a quarter in revenue, problem is they can barely cover operating expenses, have greedy management and tons of toxic financing and dilution. All three has gone down significantly since the R/S. Generally, R/S is really just an excuse for extreme dilution.
